Carton boxes

Our versatile carton boxes cater to a wide range of requirements across various industries. With numerous design options, we ensure that our packaging meets the specific needs of our clients. Durable, reliable, and customizable, our carton boxes are the perfect solutions for your packaging

1) Slotted Containers

Slotted containers are among the most common types of corrugated boxes. They are versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications. These boxes are characterized by their slotted design, which does not require a die-cut template for formation. Here are the different variations:

1.1) Regular Slotted Container (RSC)

The most widely used type of corrugated box, the RSC features all flaps with the same length, and the two outer flaps (usually the lengthwise flaps) meet at the center when closed

This design is highly efficient and cost-effective, making it suitable for most packaging needs. The RSC is ideal for shipping and storage due to its robust structure and ease of assembly

1.2) Half Slotted Container (HSC)

Similar to the RSC, the HSC has only one set of flaps, typically at the bottom. It is ideal for applications where the top of the box remains open or where a separate lid is used

This type of box is perfect for easy access to the contents, making it a popular choice for retail displays and storage bins

1.3) Full Overlap Slotted Container (FOL)

The outer flaps of the FOL fully overlap each other, providing extra strength and stability. This design is excellent for packaging heavy items or for boxes that require additional stacking strength

The full overlap design also offers better protection against rough handling and external impacts, making it suitable for long-distance shipping

2) Die-Cut

Die-cut boxes are custom designed to fit specific products and requirements. Using a die-cutting machine, these boxes can be created in unique shapes and sizes with precision cuts and folds. Die-cut boxes often feature unique openings, handles, or locking mechanisms, making them ideal for products that need a custom fit or additional protection during transit

3) Telescope Boxes

Telescope boxes consist of two pieces: a top and a bottom that fit over each other, much like a telescope. This design provides added strength and protection for the contents, making it suitable for packaging products that require additional support. Telescope boxes are often used for items such as electronics, fragile goods, and gift packaging. The two-piece construction allows for easy access and added stacking strength

4) Partitions

Partitions, or dividers, are used within a box to separate and protect items during shipping. Partitions are ideal for packaging fragile items such as glass bottles, electronics, or any products that need to be kept apart to prevent damage. They can be customized to fit the specific dimensions and shapes of the items being shipped, ensuring optimal protection
